the poetic sound art film landalove, landalive narrates the adventures of a ship’s crew from a distant galaxy. 

the story begins with the fall of the ship into the sea of lost hearts, which swallows all the memories of the ship’s crew. thus the long adventures in search of their own identity and past begins! the journey leads them through desert, water, enchanted forests, artificially intelligent networks up to the stars and back to earth.

the film takes a subtle, yet strongly critical view of the desires and longings humans might have for the development of artificially intelligent networks and machines.

the three-dimensional spatialized soundtrack is composed of poetry and vocals, field recordings, sound scapes & design, trumpets, organ, guitar, as well as the synthesized version of the artist’s voice that speaks the character “sir neuron 1068”.
